CURRENT WORK INTEREST:

INTERSPECIES COMMUNICATION / INVESTIGATION

I am interested in the idea of the human body as the connective link between the natural and manmade worlds, potentially functioning to break down the barriers between the perceived geographies of cities (the human space) and ‘nature’ (the space of all other species).  My current projects employ strategic attempts at communication with other species; to physically engage with plants and animals in urban or human space, or creating apparatus to better understand or bridge the ‘abyss of non-comprehension” that is thought to exists between humans and other living things.
